Courtney Rodgers

Courtney Rodgers is an experienced education professional with a focus on literacy and instructional coaching. Currently serving as a Lower School Learning Specialist at St. Matthew's Episcopal Day School since January 2021, Rodgers previously held similar positions at Currey Ingram Academy and Ross Elementary School. With over 16 years of teaching experience, including 7 years as a Learning Specialist and instructional coach, Rodgers has developed impactful instructional practices, led teacher training initiatives, and implemented specialized literacy intervention curricula. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Teaching from the University of San Francisco, a Gifted and Talented Education Certification from the University of Southern California, and a Reading Specialist Certificate from the University of San Francisco. Additionally, Rodgers is certified in Dyslexia from the Academy of Orton-Gillingham Practitioners and Educators.
