Anne Commault

Anne Commault currently serves as a Project Coordinator at ST MICHEL BISCUITS since October 2023. Previously, Anne held various roles at Maître CoQ from November 2015 to October 2023, including R&D Project Manager for both cooked and raw plant-based product ranges, overseeing project management from supplier collaboration to industrialization, product development, and competitive analysis. Other experiences include positions as R&D Assistant at Houdebine - Davigel focusing on salt reduction and food concept development, and internships in various food innovation and quality validation roles. Anne holds multiple degrees in Food Engineering, culminating in a Master's degree from AgroParisTech in 2016.
