Florian Pichon

Florian PICHON is an experienced engineering project manager with a strong background in industrial maintenance and process optimization. Currently serving as Chef de projet ingénierie at ST MICHEL BISCUITS since November 2016, Florian is responsible for defining operational needs, coordinating projects, and overseeing machine implementation. Previously, Florian held various roles including Responsable maintenance infrastructures et utilités and Chef de projet travaux neufs at ST MICHEL BISCUITS, and Responsable équipe maintenance at TRIBALLAT RIANS, where leadership of a maintenance team was key. Early career experiences include positions in R&D and quality engineering across diverse sectors, with notable achievements in cost reduction and process improvement. Florian holds an engineering degree from EIGSI and a DUT in electrical engineering from Université d'Orléans.
