Antonio Lo Mastro is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in failure analysis and product engineering within the semiconductor and electronics industries. Currently serving as a Failure Analysis Project Manager at STMicroelectronics since October 2021, Antonio specializes in failure analysis of semiconductor devices using advanced techniques such as EMMI, OBIRCH, and LVI. Previously held positions include Technical Advisor at Gruppo Cimbali SpA, where support was provided for electrical and electronic issues in professional coffee machines, and Senior Test Engineer at Marvell Semiconductor, focusing on PMIC device characterization. Antonio also has experience with MEMS device characterization from earlier roles at STMicroelectronics and Micron Technology. Antonio holds a Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Università di Pavia and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Liceo Scientifico.
