Anurag Bajpai

Anurag Bajpai has over 30 years of extensive experience in the IT and Human Resources sectors, currently serving as the Solution Domain Head of Human Resources & Legal Department IT Solutions at STMicroelectronics since August 1993. In this role, Anurag is responsible for end-to-end delivery of solutions and services, managing relationships between business domains and IT, and ensuring compliance with DTIT processes. Anurag also leads the Digital Transformation & Information Technology India head role, the Technical Excellence Center, and the Human Resources solutions group, managing a global team across multiple countries. Previous roles include HR Competence Center Manager, Manager of application development and support, and Business Analyst focused on SAP Financial modules. Anurag began a career at Hero Honda Pvt Ltd as a Programmer, specializing in payroll and finance applications. Anurag holds a Bachelor’s degree from Kendriya Vidyalaya.
