Bob Lim

Bob Lim is an experienced security management professional currently serving as the Head of Region - APAC for Corporate Security at STMicroelectronics since July 2025. Prior to this role, Bob held the position of Regional Safety & Security Manager - APAC at DB Schenker Asia Pacific from June 2020 to April 2023, where the role concluded due to company restructuring. Bob's earlier experience includes serving as Regional Security Manager for XPO Logistics Inc., providing comprehensive security advisory and support for operations throughout Asia Pacific from 2014 to 2020. Bob has also held various positions in security management across notable organizations, starting with the Singapore Police Force as an Investigation Officer. Bob holds a Master’s degree in Security Management from Edith Cowan University.
