Bob Lim

Bob Lim currently holds the position of Head of Region - APAC for Corporate Security at STMicroelectronics since July 2025, overseeing corporate security management functions across the APAC region. Prior to this role, Bob served as Regional Safety & Security Manager - APAC at DB Schenker Asia Pacific until April 2023, which ended due to company restructuring. Bob's extensive experience in security management also includes roles as Regional Security Manager at XPO Logistics Inc. and its predecessor, Menlo Worldwide Logistics, where responsibilities included emergency management and criminal investigations. Additionally, Bob worked as CSMO at OCBC Property. Bob Lim holds a Master’s degree in Security Management from Edith Cowan University, completed in January 2009.
