Carol Gomez

Carol Gomez is an accomplished HR executive currently serving as Group VP HR Americas at STMicroelectronics since October 2025. Previously, Carol held multiple leadership roles at Lendlease, including Chief People Officer, Talent and Chief People Officer Americas. Carol's extensive experience in human resources includes positions at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health as Head of Human Resources, as well as various roles at Johnson & Johnson, where responsibilities encompassed talent mobility and supply chain HR management. Earlier career milestones include serving as Global Assignment Manager at SIRVA Worldwide Relocation & Moving and HR Executive at BP.
