Fabrizio Candela

Fabrizio Candela possesses a diverse professional background, with extensive experience in sports coaching, training, and human resources. Between 2006 and 2016, Fabrizio served as a swim coach, athletic trainer, and personal trainer at Altair Acireale, Centro sportivo "Le Olimpiadi," and Ulysse Messina, managing swimming courses for all levels and coaching competitive groups. In 2017, Fabrizio joined Sibeg, where responsibilities included labor relations, company-level negotiations, disciplinary contests, training, and employee welfare. A brief tenure as a training specialist and HR generalist at STMicroelectronics occurred in October 2023. Additionally, Fabrizio co-founded Altair Store from 2012 to 2014, overseeing purchasing, inventory management, customer relations, and sponsorships.
