Hermance Desré

Hermance Desré is the Head of the Department of Diffusion and Epitaxy at STMicroelectronics, where they also served as the Module Manager of Ion Implantation and previously as the Head of the Implant Department. They have accumulated extensive experience in semiconductor processes through roles at CEA and CORIAL, focusing on the development and optimization of plasma deposition and etching processes. Hermance's earlier work involved significant contributions to new materials development for microbatteries and the management of equipment in cleanroom environments at the Institut d'Electronique de Microélectronique et de Nanotechnologie.
