Hugo Goninet

Hugo Goninet has extensive experience in production engineering and management, having held various roles across multiple companies. At Groupe PANZANI, Hugo was responsible for change management within a production workshop, establishing key performance indicators and performance monitoring. As Responsable d'Activité at Saint Jean, oversight was given to a production and packaging workshop with 70 team members. At STMicroelectronics, Hugo coordinated multiple production teams and later took on project engineering roles in Facilities. Previous experiences include internships focusing on process engineering and quality, safety, and environmental standards in waste management and production industries. Hugo holds a DUT in Thermique et Energie and an engineering degree in Industrial Process Engineering.
