Pankaj Babu

Pankaj Babu is a Staff Engineer at STMicroelectronics, leveraging over 13 years of experience in Analog Mixed Signal Layout Design. Since 2019, Pankaj has worked on high-speed SERDES IP projects, recently completing layout design for a 112GHz SERDES in TSMC 3nm technology. Prior to this, Pankaj held roles at companies such as Sankalp Semiconductor Pvt Ltd and Synopsys Inc., where they contributed to various IP-level projects and gained expertise in advanced layouts across multiple technology nodes. Currently, Pankaj is pursuing a Master of Technology in Microelectronics at BITS Pilani, achieving a commendable score of 8 out of 10.
