Philippe Dereeper is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and compliance. Currently serving as the Group VP, Chief Compliance Officer, and Executive Secretary of the Supervisory Board at STMicroelectronics since February 2000, Philippe Dereeper also holds the title of Associate General Counsel and Director of Corporate Legal Affairs.
