Raphaël Le Bihan

Raphaël Le Bihan has extensive experience in industrial and engineering management roles, beginning as an Industrial Support Manager at Johnson Controls from August 2001 to August 2003, followed by a position as Industrial Services Manager at Beru until April 2004, leading a team of 55 and contributing to factory management. At STMicroelectronics, Raphaël has held various leadership positions since April 2012, currently serving as Chemicals Department Director overseeing manufacturing and process engineering in a 300mm fab. Other roles at STMicroelectronics include Device Engineering Director, Process Engineering Director, and Engineering Area Director, with responsibilities spanning advanced automation deployment, process integration, and manufacturing support across multicultural teams. Raphaël holds educational credentials from Grenoble INP - UGA and Sainte Geneviève.
