Sean Barrett

Sean Barrett is an executive legal counsel with a focus on commercial law, advising executive teams on corporate governance, commercial transactions, M&A, and risk management. They have accumulated extensive experience in the legal field, having worked as an associate at Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P. and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP, as well as serving as an attorney at Behringer Harvard and a senior corporate counsel at STMicroelectronics. They gained early experience as a judicial intern in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas. Currently, Sean is pursuing a Juris Doctor at Georgetown Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at McGill University.
