Sebastien Leveque is a technology licensing and transfer director with extensive expertise in corporate development and M&A, as well as international negotiations in high-tech industries. In 2013, Sebastien served as the head of intellectual property sourcing and also managed merger and acquisition projects at ST-Ericsson. Previously, Sebastien worked as a telecom system engineer at LETI from 1996 to 1999, and held various roles including partner collaboration manager and IP business development director at STMicroelectronics. Sebastien holds a Doctorate from Université de Marne-la-Vallée and an engineering degree from ESIEE.
