Sergio Mariani

Sergio Mariani has extensive experience in intellectual property management, currently serving as the Director of Intellectual Property for the Quality, Manufacturing, and Technology Group Support at STMicroelectronics since February 2018. Prior to this role, Sergio held various managerial positions at STMicroelectronics, including responsibilities in automotive, discrete, and analog sectors. With a background that includes working as an IP Engineer and Device Engineer at IBM Global Services, Sergio is a qualified Italian Patent Attorney and has completed multiple training courses in intellectual property, including significant education from institutions such as MIP Politecnico di Milano and CEIPI. Sergio holds a Bachelor's degree in Solid State Physics from Università di Pavia and a high school diploma in Information Technology from ITIS "Gerolamo Cardano."
