They have held significant roles in various organizations, including as a General HR Partner at STMicroelectronics and as an International HR Manager at Ayming, overseeing HR operations across multiple countries. Thierry has a strong background in recruitment, talent management, and organizational development, having developed key HR initiatives and policies throughout their career. They hold a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations from CIFFOP and a Bachelor of Arts from Birmingham City University.
