Currently serving as Regional Operation Quality Manager at STMicroelectronics, Xavier oversees the manufacturing processes of over ten subcontractor factories, ensuring adherence to quality, cost, and delivery benchmarks. Prior to this role, Xavier worked at Texas Instruments for nearly seven years, progressing through various positions including CQE & QMS Manager and Automation Project Lead, where responsibilities included managing customer quality teams, implementing quality management systems in compliance with industry standards, and leading productivity initiatives. Xavier holds a Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering Technology (Honours) from University Malaysia Perlis, specializing in Industrial Biotechnology.
