Stephany Lichter

Stephany Lichter, MSN, CPXP, is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as the Administrator and Director of Nursing Services at St. Monica's Senior Living since July 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing nursing and compliance functions. Prior to this, Stephany held the position of Manager Patient Experience for the South Metro Region at Ascension from August 2016 to June 2018, and led patient and family experience initiatives as the Director at Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare from August 2006 to August 2016. Stephany’s career began at United Hospital System as a Registered Nurse from June 1996 to August 2006. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Nursing Administration from the University of St. Francis and a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside.
