Helen Eadington

Helen Eadington is Director of Corporate Services and Company Secretary at St Oswald’s Hospice. She has over 25 years’ experience working in the healthcare and voluntary sector in management positions. These organizations include Newcastle Health Authority, Northern Regional Health Authority and The Freeman Hospital (now the Newcastle upon hospital NHS trust). Her strengths are in people management, strategic development and governance.

Helen is also Company Secretary for St Oswald’s Hospice Promotions Limited and supports many other local voluntary organizations with governance support.
