Steve James

Steve is an experienced HR Director who has worked at board level in both the private and public sector. Steve's early career was in professional services where he became a partner at Deloitte, leading the HR function during a period of major organizational change. For the last 15 years he has worked as an interim HR Director and consultant leading on change programmes for central government departments, local authorities and not for profit organizations. He is currently interim HR Director for the Parliamentary & Health Service Ombudsman.
