Paige Saleun has extensive experience in management and coordination roles within the Catholic Church and the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Wedding Coordinator and Office Manager for St. Patrick Catholic Church and St. John the Baptist Churches since April 2019, Paige has also held the position of Wedding Coordinator at St. Patrick Parish and worked as a Business Office Assistant at Notre Dame Seminary from June 2023 to June 2024. Prior experience includes serving as the Office Manager and Wedding Coordinator at Good Shepherd Parish Catholic Church from January 2017 to April 2019, and managing Chateau du Lac Bistro and Chateau du Lac Warehouse Bistro from April 2004 to January 2017, recognized as the Best French Bistro in the Greater New Orleans Area. Additionally, Paige was a Founding Board Member of the Lycee Francais de la Nouvelle Orleans, a Type 2 French Curriculum Charter School, from January 2008 to June 2013. Paige pursued a double BS in Clinical, Counseling and Applied Psychology and Sociology at Hunter College from 1989 to 1995 and attended St. Mary's Dominican High School in New Orleans from 1979 to 1983.
