The leadership team at St Patrick's College has a wealth of experience in education and boarding. The team is led by the Director of Boarding, who has experience as a Boarding Division Master and Housemaster at a prestigious grammar school. The Assistant Director of Boarding also has experience working in a boarding environment. Both Directors have degrees from the University of Sydney in Social Sciences and Human Resource Management.
