Bastien Eichenberger

Bastien Eichenberger is an experienced project manager and co-founder with a strong background in business analysis and media engineering. Currently, Bastien serves as a Chef de projet at St-Paul Holding SA, utilizing the HERMES project management methodology. As a co-founder and analyst at SYMBIOTIQ Conseil Sàrl, Bastien provides strategic consulting services. Previously, Bastien held roles at CPI Formations as a job coach and trainer for adults, and at Images3 as a member of the management team responsible for R&D, leading a team of 15 and managing complex IT projects. Bastien also worked as a media engineer at Gasser Media SA, focusing on quality processes and project management. Educational qualifications include an EMBA from the School of Management Fribourg, a Bachelor in Media Engineering from HEIG-VD, and a CFC in graphic design from Eracom.
