James Estill

James Estill has extensive work experience in the education field. James has held various leadership roles in several schools, including St. Paul's Academy, MUSE School, Villa Academy, The Colby School, Silverwood School, The Bush School, Lakeside School, and Head-Royce School. Their positions have ranged from Associate Head of School & Lower School Director, Former Head of School, and Interim Lower School Director to Head of School and Middle School Director. James has also worked as an actor in the Mountaineer Players. Notably, at Lakeside School, they served as the Middle School Director and was involved in the design and construction of a new building.

James Estill attended George Washington High School from 1968 to 1972. After completing high school, they enrolled at Duke University and pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from 1972 to 1977. James continued their education at Duke University, earning a Master of Education degree in Counseling from 1972 to 1979.
