Rachael James is currently the Day Services and Therapy Team Manager at St Peter's Hospice in Bristol. Prior to this role, Rachael worked as an Occupational Therapist at Sirona care & health for over 16 years, specializing in community rehabilitation for patients with long-term conditions. Before that, Rachael was an Occupational Therapist at Leicestershire County Council, where Rachael set up and managed a rehab center within a residential home. Rachael also gained experience in inpatient care at Walsgrave Hospital, rotating through different areas to develop their assessment skills.
