Stephen Guntly

Stephen Guntly has a diverse work experience in operations management. Stephen is currently the Director of Operations at St Regis Group. Previously, they worked as the Director of Operations at FAREVA, where they managed the Compounding department and oversaw the production of 6,000 batches of finished ingredients annually. Prior to that, Stephen worked at Avon as a Warehouse Manager, where they were responsible for the receiving, shipping, and delivery of materials for over 300 million pieces of finished goods. Stephen also held roles as a Packaging Operations Manager, Quality Engineer, and Packaging Supervisor at Avon, where they managed various aspects of production, quality control, and team coordination.

Stephen Guntly holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Consumer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In addition, they have obtained two certifications: Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) from APICS in August 2016 and Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) from The Avon Company in January 2015.
