Debbie Westwood

Deborah Westwood has a vast experience in the healthcare sector, holding various leadership roles in different organizations. Currently, Deborah is the Care Director and Head of Education at St Richard's Hospice. Previously, Deborah served as the Head of Service Development at NHS South Worcestershire CCG and as a Programme lead for end of life and palliative care at Worcestershire Primary Care Trust. Deborah also has a background in workforce development and professional practice at the West Midlands South Strategic Health Authority and the Heart of England NHS Foundation Trust. Their academic achievements include a Master’s Degree in Health Care Leadership from the University of Birmingham and various diplomas and degrees in Advanced Nursing Practice.
