Teresa Duke has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Teresa started their career as a Medical Staff Assistant at Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center, where they worked in the Human Resources and Medical Staff Department. After a few years, they transferred to the role of Human Resources Coordinator and later became the Interim Employment Manager. In 1993, they joined the Treasure Island Hotel & Casino as a Human Resources Training Assistant and HR Executive Assistant to the VP of HR. In 1995, they moved to MountainView Hospital, where they held the position of Director of Medical Staff/Physician Services for 12 years. Since 2008, they have been working at St. Rose Dominican Hospitals as the Director of Medical Staff Services.
Teresa Duke holds a Master's degree in Health Services Administration from the University of St. Francis. Teresa also has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, with a focus on Business Administration and Management. Additionally, they are a Certified Professional Medical Services Management (CPMSM) from the NAMSS - National Association Medical Staff Services.
