History Teacher + Head Of Year at St. Thomas More Catholic School

Paul Dale has extensive work experience in the education sector. Starting in 2011, they worked at Kinetic Academy as a Student Support Manager, overseeing the operational and strategic management of an alternative provision for education. Paul'srole included teaching various subjects such as BTEC Business Studies and Functional Skills. In 2015, Paul joined St. Thomas More Catholic School as a Student Support Officer, later transitioning to the position of History Teacher.
