Timothy Johnston

Timothy Johnston is an experienced pastoral associate currently serving at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church since August 2022. Previously, Timothy held the position of Director of the Office of Worship for the Catholic Archdiocese of Washington from November 2021 to August 2022, and worked as an Editor and Liturgical Training Consultant at Liturgy Training Publications from January 2018 to November 2021. Timothy also served as the Director of the Office of Worship for the Diocese of St. Cloud and as Director of Liturgical Programs at Marquette University, where responsibilities included coordinating liturgy planning and developing formation programs. Early career roles involved music direction, teaching theology, and music education across various institutions. Timothy holds a Master's degree in Liturgical Studies from Saint John's University and a Master of Arts in Christian Doctrine from Marquette University, along with several other degrees and continuing education credentials.
