Kris Williams

Kris Williams is an experienced professional in web development, graphic design, and client support, currently serving as the Director of Web and Interactive Media at St. Thomas University since September 2020. Previous roles include Senior Web Developer at Roar Media and First USA Business Development, where responsibilities encompassed designing, coding, and modifying websites, as well as maintaining ecommerce product databases. Kris has a solid foundation in customer service from positions at Sitel and Convergys, where expertise in resolving customer issues was developed. A Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Western Kentucky University and an MBA from St. Thomas University complement a diverse skill set in both technical and creative fields.
