Carrie Chapman

Carrie Chapman is an experienced professional in the field of physical therapy, currently serving as an Assistant Professor and Director of Clinical Education at Lorain County Community College since June 2016. Additionally, Carrie has been an Independent Distributor for LifeVantage Corporation since January 2013 and has held the position of Doctor of Physical Therapy and Center Coordinator for Clinical Education at St Vincent Charity Medical Center since June 2009. Carrie earned a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Montana between 2011 and 2012 and holds a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Cleveland State University, obtained from 2003 to 2005.
