Mark Cooper II

Mark Cooper II has an extensive background in Information Technology and Project Management, with experience working in the Air National Guard and leading technical and compliance programs for various organizations in the Tampa Bay area and Southwest Florida. Mark has a Master of Arts in Management and a Bachelor's of Science in Air and Space Operations Technology. Mark is currently working as the Chief of Staff and Chief of Information Technology at St. Vincent de Paul CARES, where Mark plays a key role in developing and implementing strategic technology and compliance plans.
