Crystal Pitt

Crystal Pitt, LCSW-C has a diverse range of experience in the social work field. Crystal has worked as the Vice President of Housing and Homeless Services at St. Vincent de Paul of Baltimore since 2023, overseeing 10 programs and managing a team of over 100 staff. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Homeless Services at Northern Virginia Family Service from 2019 to 2023, where they developed and implemented strategic plans for multiple programs. Crystal also worked at the Montgomery County Coalition for the Homeless from 2014 to 2020, holding various roles including Consultant, Assistant Program Director, Program Manager of Support Services, Clinical Coordinator, and Case Manager II. During their time there, they provided leadership, supervision, and direct support to staff and clients, implemented new policies and procedures, and worked on grants and compliance management. Overall, Crystal has an extensive background in homeless services, program management, and support for individuals in need.

Crystal Pitt, LCSW-C has a Master of Arts degree in Social Work from Morgan State University, which they obtained from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work from Delaware State University, completing their studies from 2009 to 2013. Crystal is also a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, certified by the Maryland Board of Social Work in October 2022, and previously held a license as a Licensed Master Social Worker in October 2016.
