Trisha Carter

Trisha Carter is an experienced educator currently serving as a Teacher at Millersville Elementary School since August 2023. In addition, Trisha has held the position of Head Start Assistant at St. Vincent de Paul of Baltimore since November 2015. Prior experience includes a teaching role at MI-EL Christian School from August 2013 to June 2015. Trisha Carter earned a Bachelor of Arts in Computational and Applied Mathematics from Bowie State University, completing the degree between 2007 and 2013.
