Stephen Finch is an accomplished information technology executive with extensive experience in enterprise ICT services. As the Head of Information Technology at St Vincent de Paul Society QLD since July 2019, Stephen has excelled in team building, strategic planning, and ICT consultation. Previously, at Unisys from 2011 to 2019, Stephen held multiple leadership roles, including leading the Cloud Solution Architecture Consultants team and managing IT services for various clients in Australia. Stephen's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Queensland, a Post Graduate Diploma in Information Management from Federation University Australia, and additional qualifications from Open Group.

The St Vincent de Paul Society has been helping Queenslanders in need since 1894. Everyday, the Society's 9,937 members and volunteers help those who are struggling to take control of their lives whilst restoring their dignity; providing a hand up, not just a hand out. The Society differs from most charitable organisations in that our members, known as Vincentians, and volunteers are the core of our work. Members and volunteers are supported by some staff; however costs are kept to a minimum, meaning more money goes directly to those who are requiring the Society's assistance. The Society's assistance is only possible by the generosity and compassion of our supporters. Together we can make a difference to many lives.
