Shannon Bastian is an experienced operations manager at St. Vincent Family Center since May 2011, specializing in purchasing, food services, and the management of contracted vendors for housekeeping and security services. Prior to this role, Bastian worked as the food production coordinator and director of dietary services at Scioto Community from September 2003 to May 2011. Bastian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics from The Ohio State University, obtained between 1993 and 1998.
