Shanta Drake MSCJ is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in family services and mental health. Currently serving as Family Services Manager at Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Ohio since July 2022, Shanta also holds the position of Mental Health Clinician at St. Vincent Family Center since August 2018, where integration of Trauma Informed Care principles is emphasized. Shanta's prior experience includes roles as Treatment Advocate and Group Living House Manager at the National Youth Advocate Program, where direct service provision to youth in Emergency Shelter Care was a focus. Earlier positions include Loss Prevention & Safety Officer at L Brands and Security Officer at AlliedBarton Security Services. Educational credentials include a Master of Criminal Justice with a focus on Forensic Psychology and a Bachelor of Criminal Justice with a similar emphasis, both obtained from Tiffin University.
