Shanta Drake MSCJ is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in family services and mental health. Currently serving as Family Services Manager at Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Ohio since July 2022, Shanta also holds the position of Mental Health Clinician at St. Vincent Family Center since August 2018, where integration of Trauma Informed Care principles is emphasized.
