Chris Gibson is an experienced nursing professional with a robust background in various nursing roles across multiple healthcare institutions. Currently serving as a Charge Nurse at Ascension since December 2022, Chris has also held the position of Charge Nurse CVOR at Shelby Baptist Medical Center since June 2020. Prior to these roles, Chris worked as a Registered Nurse at Brookwood Baptist Health starting in April 2018, and has been an Operating Room Nurse at St. Vincent Medical Center since March 2014. Additionally, Chris has been employed as a Registered Nurse at St. Vincent’s Health System since September 2012, specializing in the recovery and post-operative care of open heart patients. Chris holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Jacksonville State University, obtained during the years 2010 to 2012, and also attended Mississippi College from 2008 to 2009.
