Erik Black

Erik Black is an experienced System Administrator at St. Vrain Valley Schools since August 2001, focusing on the implementation, maintenance, and operation of enterprise technical systems, including Azure Cloud infrastructure and data management. Previous roles include IT Apprenticeship Success Coordinator, IT Project Manager, Manager of Technical Support, and Technical Support Analyst. Erik also taught Windows operating systems at Skyline High School for Front Range Community College and served as a Content Expert and Adjunct Professor at Jones International University, where course content for a Technical Services Management course was developed. Early experience includes technician and trainer roles at Holcomb's Education Resource. Erik holds an MBA in Technology Management and Project Management from Colorado Technical University and a B.S. in History from Iowa State University.
