Milli Kaartinen

Milli Kaartinen (née Uusitalo) serves as the Head of Group Controlling and Group Controlling Manager at St1 Nordic Oy since July 2021, where responsibilities include the renewal of management and board reporting, implementation of annual long-range planning of P&L, Capex, and Cash Flow, and building a professional team for improved finance business partnering. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Plugsurfing and Fortum, focusing on business integration and innovation venturing, respectively, as well as various positions at Paulig Group, Martela Group, and Lumene Group, concentrating on business control, reporting, and financial planning. Milli holds an M.Sc. in Management Accounting from Aalto University and has pursued additional studies in law and international business.
