Arthur Gutherc

Arthur Gutherc has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Arthur currently holds the position of Head of Convenience Sales Sweden at St1 Sverige AB, starting in 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Instabox as the Head of Network Operations and Expansion Nordic from 2022 to 2023. In this role, they were responsible for developing strategies for locker expansion, improving logistics and planning, and leading a team of employees.

From 2016 to 2021, Arthur worked at Coop Sverige, initially as the Head of Retail, Store/Concept Development and Design, and then as the Head of Store and Concept Development. Their responsibilities included developing and implementing store concepts, managing budgets and procurement, leading cross-functional teams, and achieving growth and sales targets.

Before Coop Sverige, Arthur gained experience at Lidl Sverige KB as a Head Project Manager and a Regional Operations Manager, where they successfully managed transformation projects, optimized processes, and achieved sales and cost optimization goals.

Arthur also has earlier experiences, including an internship at Merrill Lynch and the role of Chief Executive Officer at Boacci, Stockholm. Additionally, they worked as an Ekonomiassistent at Svensk Filmindustri, Stockholm.

Throughout their career, Arthur has demonstrated a strong track record of achieving results, leading teams, and driving growth in various organizations.

Arthur Gutherc obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Stockholm University from 2006 to 2008. Arthur also pursued a brief course in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies at Antler Sweden in 2021. Prior to that, they completed another Bachelor's degree in Economics at Örebro University from 2004 to 2006.
