Gustav Staf

Gustav Staf has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Gustav started their career with the Swedish Trade Council, where they worked as a Management Consultant from August 2004 to November 2006. In this role, Gustav supported Swedish companies in entering or expanding their business in Germany through market analysis, customer mapping, competitor analysis, and developing market entry strategies.

Gustav then moved on to Shell, where they worked as a Retail Network Planner from December 2006 to May 2008, implementing the global Retail network strategy in Sweden. Gustav also served as the Retail Investment Manager Nordics from June 2008 to November 2010, leading the Network Planning team in the four Nordic countries and identifying and evaluating business proposals.

In December 2010, Gustav joined St1 Energy AB as a Business Strategy and Business Analyst, supporting the implementation of a new Retail organization and business model, as well as developing a retail strategy until November 2011.

Since January 2012, Gustav has been with St1 Sverige AB. Gustav initially served as a Business Controller until May 2017, responsible for month-end results, forecast, management information, board meeting presentations, sales and margin analysis, investment evaluations, and business support and development in the Retail area. From June 2017 to October 2020, Gustav held the position of Controller Manager, and since November 2020, they have been serving as the CFO for Sweden at St1 Sverige AB.
