Carolyn W. Wing

Carolyn W. Wing is an experienced professional in pharmaceutical project management and technologies, currently serving as Director of CMC Project Management at WuXi STA since July 2023. In this role, Carolyn oversees the development and manufacturing processes for small molecules, guiding projects from candidate nomination through NDA to commercialization. Previously, Carolyn worked at EMD Serono, Inc. for over 22 years, where roles included Director of Pharmaceutical Technologies, Principal Scientist, Senior Scientist, and Scientist, focusing on strategic development, pre-clinical formulations, and providing analytical support to Medicinal Chemistry. Carolyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master of Science in Chemistry from Northeastern University.
