Lukas Ellefson is a Field Engineer at Staab Construction Corporation, an employee-owned company, since June 2022, after previously serving as a Civil Engineering Intern from May 2019 to August 2020. During the internship, Lukas gained hands-on experience in building a waste water treatment plant, estimating bids in the earthwork department, studying worker production rates, and collaborating with subcontractors. Prior to this, Lukas worked as a custodian for the Spencer School District in the summer of 2018, responsible for deep cleaning the facility. Lukas holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, earned in 2022.
