Ian Phan

Ian Phan is an accomplished automation engineer with extensive experience in implementing and optimizing automated systems across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Automation Engineer I at STAAR Surgical since June 2022, Ian specializes in designing and prototyping new automated equipment. Prior roles include Automation Engineer positions at LISI Aerospace and Insight Global, where responsibilities encompassed commissioning new automation equipment, troubleshooting complex systems, and leading upgrades to enhance efficiency.
