Melissa Moncrief

Melissa Moncrief has extensive experience in the medical industry, with their most recent role as the Vice President of Commercial Operations at STAAR Surgical starting in 2023. Prior to this, they held various roles at Johnson & Johnson Vision from 2017 to 2023, including Region Head of Customer Experience. Melissa also spent over two decades at Bausch + Lomb, where they held positions such as Vice President of Surgical Sales Operations, Executive Director of Surgical Operations, and Director of Contracts & Compliance, among others.
