Nathaniel Sisitsky

Nathaniel Sisitsky has a strong legal background and extensive experience in corporate governance and securities. Nathaniel started their career as a Junior Partner at WilmerHale in 1999 and later served in various roles at American Tower, CareFusion, NuVasive, and STAAR Surgical. Their most recent position was as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at STAAR Surgical. Throughout their career, they played a key role in significant merger transactions and led legal functions for various organizations.

Nathaniel Sisitsky earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Economics from Emory University in 1996. Following this, they pursued a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from New York University School of Law, completing their degree in 1999. In 1995, they also graduated from The Campaign Management Institute at American University.
