Maarten Dirkzwager

Maarten Dirkzwager is an experienced advisor currently working at STAB since February 2023. Prior to this role, Maarten served as a licensing officer and trainee at Omgevingsdienst Noordzeekanaalgebied from March 2019 to December 2022. Previous experience includes an internship at the Hubrecht Institute focused on Developmental Biology and Stem Cell Research from August 2017 to July 2018, and an internship in the Department of Molecular Genetics at the University of Groningen from February 2016 to September 2016. Maarten also completed an internship at IMEnz Bioengineering BV from September 2014 to August 2015. Maarten holds a Master’s Degree in Molecular Biology & Biotechnology from the University of Groningen (2015-2018) and a Bachelor's degree in Biological and Biomedical Sciences from Hanze (2009-2015).
